Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding requirements to candidate closure.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of profiles against assigned mandates.

Requirements:
Prior experience in recruitment,



talent acquisition, or staffing.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience hiring across different industries and functions is preferred.
Good sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust communication and relationship-building abilities.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
