Requirements:
3–4 years of experience in railway and bus ticket booking.
Hands-on experience with IRCTC/Birdres/Redbus ticket booking, cancellations, refunds, and modifications.
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
Follow IRCTC guidelines and company policies for ticketing operations.
Assist customers/clients with railway travel queries and booking-related issues.
