Role Description

This is a full time, in office SCORM Developer role based at Current Delhi. The SCORM Developer will design, develop, and maintain SCORM-compliant e-learning modules and courses for diverse MSME audiences, ensuring compatibility with learning management systems (LMS). Day-to-day responsibilities include translating instructional requirements into interactive learning content, coding and integrating SCORM packages, debugging technical issues, and optimizing course performance. The role involves collaborating with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project stakeholders to define technical specifications, workflows, and timelines. The SCORM Developer will also be responsible for testing content across devices and browsers, maintaining documentation, and implementing updates in line with evolving standards and organisational needs.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and software engineering fundamentals.




Hands-on experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development for e-learning or web applications.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for building and maintaining SCORM-compliant solutions.
Practical experience with SCORM standards (e.g., SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004) and LMS integration; exposure to xAPI or other e-learning standards is a plus.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks used in interactive content development.
Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize performance and compatibility.
Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in e-learning, edtech, or instructional technology environments is highly desirable.
