Role & responsibilities
You will identify potential channel partners and evaluate their suitability based on company objectives and target market.
You will collaborate with partners to set and achieve sales targets, and provide ongoing support to help them meet their goals.
You will work closely with channel partners to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
You will assist channel partners in generating leads, closing deals, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
You will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify current business prospects and make recommendations for product or service enhancements.
You will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within channel partner organizations, including sales managers, account executives, and executives.
You will serve as the main point of contact for channel partners, addressing any queries, concerns, or escalations in a timely manner.
You will coordinate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support,



to ensure channel partners receive the necessary resources and support.
You will track and analyze key performance metrics related to channel sales, including revenue, customer acquisition, and market penetration.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Proven experience 3+ years in channel sales, business development, or account management within the fintech or financial services industry.
In-depth understanding of financial products, services, and industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build solid relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence partners and drive business growth.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
