Job Description: IT Software Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced IT Software Sales Executive with 15 years of experience in Software Sales / IT Sales / B2B Sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Handle client meetings, product demos, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to successful closure.
Build robust client relationships and maintain sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in Software Sales / IT Sales.
Experience in end-to-end sales and closing software deals.
Robust communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Valuable understanding of B2B sales processes.
