Job Requirements




Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Familiarity with technology-based training tools and platforms is an asset.
