We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Merchant Ops team, responsible for creating pre-requisitions for brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Brand Ops and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and lead the Merchant Ops team to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to improve brand performance and customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create pre-requisitions for brands.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify prospects for growth.
Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure team success.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in Brand Ops or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.




Solid understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
