Proficiency in ICD-10-CM coding guidelines.
Understanding of CMS Risk Adjustment and Medicare Advantage programs.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification such as CPC, CRC, CCS, COC or Any other certification in Medical coding.
