We are hiring for a Scrum Master role for our client, a technology company.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Remove impediments blocking the team's progress
Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices
Track sprint progress and maintain project boards (JIRA)
Foster collaboration between development, QA, and product teams
Report sprint metrics and delivery status to stakeholders

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
Experience with JIRA/Confluence for sprint management
Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to coach teams towards self-organization

Valuable to Have:
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (Protected)
Background in software development
Experience managing multiple teams
