The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, explaining loan products, and assisting customers throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, customer handling ability, and a passion for sales and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with customers regarding loan requirements
Explain personal loan, overdraft, and financial products to customers
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
Maintain regular follow-ups for lead conversion
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain proper customer records and update CRM systems
Coordinate with backend and operations teams for smooth processing
Handle customer queries professionally and politely
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Ensure proper documentation and process compliance
Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria
Graduation preferred - Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply - Experience in BFSI, tele-sales, or personal loan sales will be preferred
