Purpose of the role:

The role is to drive and manage DevOps function, lead a team of DevOps engineers, and own infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability across all projects. The role combines deep hands-on technical expertise with team leadership. The successful candidate will define DevOps practices, principles, and architecture standards while ensuring smooth execution of project setups and the stability of production environments. They will act as the senior technical authority for the DevOps team and the primary escalation point for platform and infrastructure matters.

Technical Skills Required:
Minimum 10 years of skilled experience in DevOps / Platform / SRE roles. Robust hands-on expertise in Kubernetes-bare-metal cluster setup is mandatory Deep understanding of Helm charts and Helm-based deployments.
Solid experience with Nginx, Keepalived, and ingress controllers Expertise in messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Solid knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
Experience with cloud services (GCP strongly preferred). Experience with container registries (GCR or equivalent).
Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
