Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and driven HR Recruiter with at least 2 years of hiring experience and a strong academic background. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and passionate about talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions for different roles.
Source candidates through multiple channels like job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases.
Communicate with candidates regarding job roles, interview feedback, and offer status.




Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or any relevant field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to hiring for diverse roles (IT/Non-IT/BFSI/Sales/etc.).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment CRMs.
