Provide L2L3 production support for lending applications.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.Analyze application and server logs to identify and resolve issues.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixesworkarounds.Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and deliver reports using SQLdata queries based on business needs.Provide solution support aligned to customer requirements and system capabilities.Collaborate with different teams for enhancements and bug fixes.Support release activities and post-deployment validation. Requirements




Solid knowledge of Java (Core Java, basic framework understanding).
Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, report generation, data analysis).
Experience in applicationproduction support.
Ability to analyze logs and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
Experience in understanding businesscustomer requirements.
Capability to create reports and provide data-driven insights.
Familiarity with ticketing tools (JIRA, Any other).
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to Spring Boot or enterprise Java frameworks.
