The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management for on-site staff in Delhi, India

Proven ability in Employee Relations, with skills in conflict resolution, feedback handling, and fostering a positive workplace

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage

Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and proficient use of HRIS and MS Office tools

Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, field-focused marketing environment

Experience in the marketing, events, or retail activation sector is a plus, along with an interest in inclusive workplace practices
