Develop and execute content marketing strategies to promote HRStop across digital platforms.
Create high-quality written content including LinkedIn posts, blogs, website content, email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, and product documentation.
Plan, script, and create engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, product demos, feature explainers, customer stories, etc.).
Manage and grow the companys presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
Collaborate with the product and support teams to understand recent features and convert them into compelling marketing content.
Prepare product launch announcements, feature updates, release notes, and customer communication materials.
Design visually appealing marketing creatives using design tools.
Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Support branding initiatives by creating presentations, brochures, sales collaterals, and marketing assets.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, content formats, and AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.

Skills

Candidate Profile




2 4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B workplace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Experience in LinkedIn marketing and social media management.
Hands-on experience in content planning and content strategy.
Ability to script and create engaging video content.
Knowledge of short-form video trends for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Basic graphic designing skills using Canva or similar tools.
Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar software.
Understanding of email marketing and customer communication.
Familiarity with product launches, feature announcements, and product positioning.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools will be an added advantage.
