Role & responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
Follow up on inquiries, samples, approvals, and payments.
Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits to identify future business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and order status in CRM or sales reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events when required.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
25 years of experience in B2B sales.




Experience in plastic packaging, versatile packaging, polymers, industrial products, or manufacturing will be preferred.
Fresh candidates with excellent communication and solid sales aptitude may also be considered.
