Job Title: Pega Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) solutions using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Pega application development, case management, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Pega Platform.
Build and configure Pega workflows, case types, user interfaces, and business rules.
Develop reusable components and frameworks aligned with Pega best practices.
Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and messaging services.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Pega applications.
Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities.




Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with coding standards and application performance requirements.
Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliverables.

Required Skills
Solid experience in Pega PRPC/Pega Platform development.
Knowledge of Case Management, Workflow, Decisioning, and Business Rules.
Experience with Pega UI development, Sections, Harnesses, Data Pages, Activities, and Flows.
Hands-on experience with Pega Integrations (REST/SOAP Services).
Valuable understanding of databases, SQL, and data modeling.
Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
