Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Analyst – US Corporate Tax with strong experience in US Federal Tax Accounting, Reporting, and Compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in ASC 740, US GAAP, Book-to-Tax Adjustments, tax reporting, and process documentation. Experience with tax accounting tools such as OneSource will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and support US Federal Corporate Tax Accounting and Reporting activities.
Perform tax provision calculations in accordance with ASC 740 and US GAAP.
Prepare and review Book-to-Tax Adjustments.
Support tax compliance, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Work on tax accounting applications such as OneSource or similar tax software.
Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate tax reporting.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.




Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Required Skills

Mandatory
4+ years of overall experience in Insurance, Finance, or Corporate Tax.
Minimum 3 years of experience in US Corporate Tax.
Robust knowledge of:
US Federal Tax Accounting
ASC 740
US GAAP
Book-to-Tax Adjustments
Experience in Tax Reporting and Compliance.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Experience in process documentation and SOP preparation.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred
Experience with OneSource Tax Software or similar tax accounting tools.
Prior experience in Shared Services/BPO/KPO environment.

Educational Qualification
Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
CA/CPA/CMA (preferred but not mandatory, if applicable).
