Provilac is a leading premium dairy brand committed to delivering fresh, high-quality dairy products directly from farms to customers. We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our last-mile delivery operations and ensure productive depot and distribution management across Delhi.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Logistics Manager with solid experience in Dairy or FMCG logistics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in last-mile delivery operations, depot management, route optimization, and team handling. Regular.depot visits and close coordination with operations teams are essential to ensure seamless distribution and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end last-mile logistics operations across Delhi.

Conduct regular depot visits to monitor operational efficiency and compliance.

Supervise depot operations, delivery partners, and logistics teams.

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.

Optimize delivery routes and improve transportation efficiency.

Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and sales teams for smooth operations.





Monitor fleet utilization, delivery performance, and operational KPIs.

Resolve logistics issues and ensure high customer service standards.

Maintain logistics MIS, operational reports, and vendor performance.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.

Required Skills

Solid experience in Last Mile Logistics and Distribution.

Hands-on experience in Dairy or FMCG logistics.

Mandatory experience in depot operations and regular depot visits.

Team handling and leadership skills.

Route planning and fleet management.

Knowledge of logistics KPIs and operational reporting.

Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management systems.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Supply Chain preferred).

48 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain.

Experience in Dairy or FMCG industry is mandatory.

Experience managing multiple depots and last-mile delivery operations will be preferred.
