We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a robust Civil Engineering background to lead and manage the Base Build package for a prestigious Microsoft IT Campus project.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end construction management of the Base Build works.
Oversee civil, structural, architectural, and infrastructure activities.
Monitor project schedule, quality, safety, and cost performance.
Coordinate with client, design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory requirements, and HSE standards.
Manage progress reporting, risk mitigation, and project governance.
Drive timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
12–18 years of relevant construction management experience.
Proven experience in large commercial, corporate campus, IT park, data center, mixed-use, or high-rise projects.
Robust understanding of Base Build construction, project controls, contracts, and stakeholder management
