Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Lead / Ops Manager to oversee network operations, team performance, and vendor management, ensuring optimal delivery of services and adherence to SLAs and quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for induction of current joiners within the first week
Audit the teams ticket status to ensure timely and proper closure
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly governance meetings
Monitor vendor performance with weekly and monthly meetings, dashboards, and SLA/SIP discussions
Conduct quarterly process reviews and update documents with proper version control
Plan weekly rosters and manage shift availabilities
Ensure proper communication and updates during incidents
Track incidents until closure and maintain communication between EXL ENOC teams
Serve as SPOC for ENOC Program, taking complete ownership of program performance
Generate daily, weekly,



and monthly reports
Ensure adherence to SLA and quality metrics
Maintain documentation and reports from L1/L2/L3 teams
Circulate analysis reports for all major incidents in a timely manner
Drive and participate in P1 incidents/conference calls for faster resolution
Analyze skill gaps, plan trainings, and report in SIP
Ensure network and process-related documents are updated and available for reference (monthly audits)
Drive transformation initiatives and adoption of automation/current tools for network infrastructure
