Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, Rubber Technology, or Automobile Engineering.
Master's degree is an added advantage.
Experience
15+ years of experience in Automotive Hydraulic Hose Product Development.




Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing Current Product Development.
Experience working with automotive OEMs, offipment, agricultural machinery, or industrial hydraulic systems.
Technical Skills
Hydraulic hose design and development.
APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan.
GD&T; and engineering drawing interpretation.
Rubber compounds, reinforcement technology, fittings, and crimping systems.
Product validation and testing standards.
Knowledge of SAE, ISO, DIN, and OEM specifications.
CAD software such as Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
Project management and engineering change management.
