Install and commission labelling machines at customer site.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues in the machines.

Provide in office and remote technical support to customers.

Conduct preventive maintenance as per AMC schedules.

Train operators and customer maintenance teams on machine handling and best practices.

Coordinate with the design and manufacturing team for labelling machine improvements and feedback.

Prepare service reports, documentation, and maintain service records.

Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service support.

Required Skills:

Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and basic electrical/PLC knowledge.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and circuit diagrams.

Hands-on experience in using hand tools, gauges, and testing instruments.

Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.

Willingness to travel frequently for service support

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
