Role & responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end jewellery collection design from concept to launch.
Define collection themes, inspiration, categories, silhouettes, and SKU architecture.
Ensure solid design expertise across Gold, Diamond, Polki, Kundan, and Jadau jewellery.
Collaborate with manufacturing on production feasibility, costing, pricing, and margins.
Align collections with sales targets and market demand while maintaining design excellence.
Drive collection planning, product assortment, and commercial strategy.
Develop launch content, storytelling, and social media roadmap for each collection.
Lead and mentor the design team while managing the complete design-to-launch lifecycle.
