Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Finance skilled to lead Project Finance, Treasury, and Compliance functions. The role involves driving financial strategy, ensuring liquidity, managing risks, and supporting project execution

Key Responsibilities
Lead project finance & funding strategy, including restructuring
Manage treasury operations & fund utilization
Prepare and track monthly cash flow (budget vs actuals)
Ensure regulatory, financial, and project compliances
Handle Bank Guarantees (BGs), LCs, and forward contracts
Oversee insurance, risk management, and claims settlement
Support project execution including land procurement, approvals, and feasibility analysis
Conduct legal & commercial vetting of contracts
Manage EPCG and Duty Scrip advantages
Drive MIS reporting, tax coordination, and financial analysis
Perform competition and market analysis.





What Were Looking For
CA / MBA (Finance) with 15+ years of experience
Solid background in project finance, treasury, and compliance
Experience in infrastructure, logistics, or project-led industries preferred
Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
