Job Summary

We are looking for Tools Automation Engineers with hands-on experience in Datadog monitoring and IT automation. The role involves supporting monitoring solutions, performing routine automation tasks, troubleshooting alerts, and ensuring smooth operations of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities L1 Tools Automation
Monitor Datadog dashboards and alerts
Perform first-level troubleshooting for incidents and alerts
Execute routine automation scripts and operational tasks
Maintain documentation and follow SOPs
Escalate complex issues to L2

L2 Tools Automation
Provide L2 support for Datadog monitoring and automation tools
Configure monitors, dashboards, and alerts for systems and applications
Troubleshoot complex monitoring issues and integration problems
Automate repetitive tasks and operational workflows
Assist in process improvements and SOP updates




Collaborate with L3 engineers and cross-functional teams

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Datadog monitoring
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments
Familiarity with automation and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
ITIL processes and incident/change management
Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Positive to Have
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
Experience with other monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus)
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps concepts

Education
Bachelor s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
