About Us

Clumsy Bumsy manufactures fresh, cat food and sells direct to pet parents through our own website. We're mid-way through a 5x manufacturing expansion, and need someone to keep our books, vendor payments, and GST compliance clean and current as volume scales.

What You'll Do
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (purchases, sales, expenses, payments) in Tally/our accounting software, and keep vendor and customer ledgers reconciled
Process vendor invoices, verify against POs/delivery, and track payment due dates
Prepare data for GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and generate e-way bills, working closely with our CA




Reconcile bank statements against book entries regularly
Support monthly MIS/expense reporting for management
Coordinate with production and procurement to match invoices against actual goods receipt
Work with our external CA/auditor for periodic filings and audits

Who We're Looking For
A commerce background (B.Com or equivalent) is practical but not mandatory practical experience matters more than the degree
Comfortable working hands-on in Tally/Excel, doing the data entry yourself
Detail-oriented, with basic working knowledge of GST processes
