Job Profile Travel Consultant (Tour & Travel Bookings)
Role & Responsibilities
Attend incoming customer calls and respond to online enquiries professionally.
Assist clients with domestic and international tour package bookings.
Provide accurate information on flights, hotels, holidays, cruises, visas, and travel insurance.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and customer support requests.
Follow up on enquiries to convert them into confirmed bookings.
Maintain customer records and update booking details in the system.
Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
