Key Responsibilities:
Acquire recent Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers through field sales and open market sourcing.
Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, corporate visits, references, and local networking.
Conduct daily field visits to identify and onboard recent customers.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
Cross-sell banking products as per business requirements.
Complete KYC documentation and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain daily activity reports and sales pipeline.
