2 4 years in QA for cable, wire, or electrical product manufacturing
Familiarity with BIS IS 694:2010 and CPRI testing procedures
Proficient in MS Excel for data logging and trend analysis
Detail-oriented with robust documentation discipline
Conduct conductor resistance, insulation resistance, spark test, and tensile tests per IS 694:2010
Manage BIS surveillance audit preparation and documentation
Approve or reject incoming copper and raw material lots
Investigate customer quality complaints and implement corrective actions
Maintain calibration records for all lab instruments
Maintain BIS certification and internal quality standards
Lead incoming material checks, in-process testing, and customer sample approvals
