Role & responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and understand their educational requirements.
Handle walk-in inquiries at the center and provide accurate course information and guidance.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career prospects.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified admissions through effective counselling.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM/system.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize conversions.
Preferred candidate profile:
Experience in EdTech, education counselling, or admission sales.
Exposure to lead management and conversion processes.
