Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 8 years of experience in non-technical recruitment.
Proven experience in leadership hiring and hiring across corporate/business functions.
Robust sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, X-Ray Search, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Experience managing multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced setting.
Robust negotiation and offer management skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment dashboards.
