Technical Data Collection Executive Engineering Documentation (Remote)

Work Mode: Remote (Virtual Engagement Only)

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented specialists to support the collection, organization, and digitization of engineering drawings, technical documents, and industrial records through a fully remote process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with manufacturing companies, engineering firms, design consultancies, and industrial organizations through virtual channels.
• Coordinate the digital collection of engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Organize, categorize, and maintain datasets with appropriate metadata.
• Review documents for quality, completeness, and readability before submission.
• Track collection progress and maintain accurate documentation records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data readiness and consistency.




• Adhere to confidentiality and information security guidelines.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in data collection is preferred.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable engaging with organizations through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
