Manage end-to-end import operations across PAN India, ensuring timely and compliant movement of goods.
Coordinate with seaports, Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth import clearance and logistics execution.
Oversee and verify all import documentation including Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and other statutory documents.
Handle freight documentation and ensure correct application of INCOTERMS and customs regulations.
Plan and monitor container movements, ensuring effective utilization and turnaround of containers.
Negotiate with vendors and service providers to optimize freight cost and delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other import regulations.
Maintain solid coordination between internal departments such as Procurement, Accounts, and Operations
