Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones and execution plans using MS Project.
Track project progress, identify delays and drive recovery plans.
Establish project control systems for monitoring time, cost and performance.
Prepare project MIS, management dashboards and progress reports.
Develop project cash flow forecasts and monitor planned vs actual performance.
Coordinate with Site, Procurement, Contracts, Billing and Finance teams for effective project delivery.
Support management with project forecasting, resource planning and decision-making.
Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification
B.E. / B. Tech Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
NICMAR qualification preferred

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning / Project Controls
Experience in High-Rise Residential, Commercial or Mixed-Use Building Projects preferred

Technical Skills
Robust proficiency in MS Project (Mandatory)
Primavera P6 knowledge preferred
Solid understanding of construction planning, scheduling and project controls
Experience in cost monitoring, cash flow planning and MIS reporting
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
