We are hiring for Manager - Airline Finance(Accounts Payable & Direct Operating Cost) for our Mumbai location. This is a 5 day work from office chance with general shifts(10 am - 6 pm). Please see below the job description and qualifications required for the same.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Aviation Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in airline finance, revenue accounting, cost management, airline operations, or aviation BPO/shared services, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
Solid understanding of Airline Direct Operating Costs (DOC), airline financial processes, vendor management, and operational cost controls.
Proven experience in team management,client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery management.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and drive actionable insights.
Experience in process improvement, quality management, and implementation of operational controls and governance frameworks.




Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP/airline systems, with excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee Airline Direct Operating Cost (DOC) operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of services.
Manage client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, understanding business needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyze operational and financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities and drive business performance.
Monitor service quality, productivity, and key performance indicators to meet contractual and operational targets.
Drive continuous process improvements, operational efficiency, and implementation of best practices.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, manage escalations, and support strategic initiatives.
Develop and mentor teams through coaching, training, and performance management to build a high-performing workforce.
