Role & responsibilities
Prepare timely estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy & submission of offer
Meet order booking targets
Payment Collection as per due dates
Maintain Sales records
Meeting with Customers virtually or during sales visit, demonstrate services & products & Create Sales Leads
Setting up meetings with potential clients & listening to their needs & expectations
Deliver Superlative Customer experience w.r.t After Service by building solid customer relationships.
Handle Customer complaints
Getting Resale & referrals
Estimate the Cost of spares/contracts & decide sales price
Negotiate for orders/contracts
Payment Collection
Preferred candidate profile
Min 5 years in after Sales Service domain
Intralogistics Automation equipment knowledge would be an advantage
Selling and Negotiation skills
