Role & responsibilities
Client Consultation: Understand client needs, style preferences, and project budgets.
Design & Pitching: Create floor plans and 3D models using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3Ds Max to present concepts.
Sales Conversion: Negotiate pricing, prepare estimates and Bill of Quantities and close design contracts.
Project Coordination: Work with execution and delivery teams to ensure design alignment.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Soft Skills: Robust communication, convincing negotiation, and target orientation.
