Key Responsibility area (KRAs):
Pre-planning & execution of Operational, Conformance and Management audit at Plant / Depots / Head office.
Studying SOPs and policies in practice for all activities of the locations being audited and suggest improvements to strengthen the same.
Assessing adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of all process being audited and recommend improvement scope.
Conducting PV of stockat depot and factory from time to time, identifying root cause of variances and ensuring necessary PV adjustment is completed within time frame.
Reviewing conformity to applicable statutes, accounting standards and compliance with the company procedures and laid down policies.
Preparing working papers during audit activity and ensuring that audit checklists are complied with.




Ensuring the observations in the audit report are explicit, concise, factually correct and create the desired impact on the stakeholders.
Conducting regular follow ups with process owners to ensure audit observations are action upon and recommendations are implemented.
Assess effectiveness of internal controls, enhancement of existing controls and suggest recent controls to close gap areas.
Plan and execute digitization of audit processes & procedures.
Assist in compliance management by reviewing compliance practices.
Special audit to be performed in factory and depot location as per directives of senior management.
