Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger & Closing: Oversee monthly/quarterly/yearly trial balance, balance sheet finalization, and P&L; reporting.
Reconciliations: Ensure regular vendor, customer, bank, and inter-company ledger reconciliations.
Banking & Working Capital: Assist in cash flow forecasting, fund tracking, and bank limit/CMA data management.
Budgeting & MIS: Prepare monthly MIS variance reports and track operational expenses against budgets.
Audit & Team Supervision: Lead internal/statutory audit queries and guide junior accounting staff.

Commercial Manager Credit Control & Sales Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

The Commercial Manager Credit Control & Sales Accounting leads the order-to-cash (O2C) process, credit risk mitigation, sales ledger governance, and accounts receivable (AR)



strategy to ensure healthy cash flow, minimal bad debts, and accurate revenue accounting across distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
Credit Risk & Limits: Establish credit policies, evaluate dealer/customer financial health, set credit limits, and manage credit hold/release workflows.
AR & Collections Management: Drive timely collections to optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), manage debtor aging analysis, and mitigate overdue exposure.
Sales Accounting & Reconciliations: Oversee sales ledger posting, trade discounts, scheme settlements, and periodic customer balance reconciliations.
Banking & Working Capital: Prepare and submit monthly Stock & Debtor statements to banks for working capital facilities and support cash flow forecasting.
Audit & Dispute Resolution: Lead audit queries regarding sales and AR, and collaborate with regional sales teams to quickly resolve commercial payment disputes.
