Job Description Civil / MEP Supervisor

Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Role & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day Civil and MEP activities at project sites.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams for timely completion of work.
Monitor manpower, material utilization, and site progress.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Identify and resolve site issues in coordination with engineers and consultants.
Ensure compliance with project timelines and company procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile




3–5 years of experience in Civil or MEP site supervision.
ITI or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Positive knowledge of construction methods, MEP installations, and site execution.
Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic site reporting.
