Role & responsibilities

Service Delivery: Lead the successful delivery of project management services across mulple clients, ensuring alignment with client goals and objecves.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to drive performance and growth.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relaonships with clients, acng as the primary point of contact for project updates, issue resoluon, and overall service quality.
Resource Allocaon: Opmize resource ulizaon and ensure project teams are adequately staffed and equipped for success.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement best pracces, frameworks, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effecveness of PM delivery.
Risk Management: Idenfy potenal risks and develop migaon plans to ensure project success.
Reporng: Prepare detailed status reports and present them to stakeholders, highlighng progress, challenges, and key achievements.
Budget Management:



Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial objecves are met.
Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in , Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in AV project management, preferably in a AV project and service-oriented or consulng setting.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Cerficaon in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar is preferred.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Solid interpersonal and communicaon abilies to interact effecvely with clients and internal teams.
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
Exceponal problem-solving and decision-making capabilies.
