We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Associate to join our Recent Business

Development team at Job Hai. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that sits at the

front of our enterprise sales engine your primary mission will be to identify, engage, and

qualify large enterprise prospects and convert them into confirmed meetings for our Sales team.

You will work closely with the NBD Head and be a critical enabler of our enterprise pipeline.

What You'll Do
Research and identify potential enterprise accounts (500+ employees) across target

industries and geographies
Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline through outbound outreach cold calls,

LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Engage with a wide range of stakeholders — from operator-level POCs to CXO-level

decision makers — and tailor communication accordingly
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule high-quality discovery/demo

meetings for the Sales team
Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, lead status, and meeting outcomes in

CRM tools
Collaborate with the NBD Head to refine outreach messaging,



targeting lists, and

cadence strategies
Stay sharp on Job Hai's enterprise offerings and competitive positioning to hold

meaningful first conversations with prospects

What we’re Looking For
1–5 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, business development, or lead

generation roles (fresher to experienced profiles welcome)
Robust communication skills — written and verbal; ability to engage confidently across

seniority levels
Resilience and a hunter mindset — comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
Organized and process-oriented; able to manage a large prospect list without dropping

the ball
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot or similar) is a plus
Prior experience in HR tech, recruitment, or B2B SaaS is an advantage but not

mandatory
