Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product roadmap for smart building solutions.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify current opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to develop, test, and launch products.
Translate technical capabilities into customer-centric features and benefits.
Ensure product compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and sustainability goals.
Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master s or MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in IoT or smart building technologies.
Understanding of building management systems (BMS), HVAC, lighting control, and sensor technologies.
Experience working with agile development teams and user experience (UX) design principles.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple products and priorities in a dynamic workplace.

Preferred Attributes
Familiarity with energy management systems, sustainability standards, and smart city frameworks.
Knowledge of protocols such as BACnet, KNX, Zigbee, or similar.
Experience in SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and cloud-connected device ecosystems.
