We are looking for a skilled and detail-driven Data Analyst to join our Strategy team. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support business decisions, streamline logistics operations, and improve performance efficiency. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets, and Excel, and be capable of translating raw data into actionable insights.

Jon Description:

Data Extraction & Analysis:
Extract and manipulate datasets from multiple sources including Tableau, Power BI, and internal systems
Write and optimize SQL queries for operational reports and dashboards
Analyze AWB-level data for shipment tracking and deviation trends

Operational Reporting:
Create, maintain, and automate reports related to shipments, vehicle utilization, manpower, and performance metrics
Generate actionable insights for process optimization and performance improvement
Collaborate with the operations team to understand reporting needs and develop customized solutions

Dashboard Management:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for real-time monitoring




Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data visuals used for leadership and cross-functional reviews

Cross-Functional Support:
Respond to data and insight requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Delight, and other internal teams
Coordinate with branches and departments for data validation and consistency

Master Data & Infra Management:
Update and maintain vehicle master data, manpower deployment records, and escalation matrices
Track approved vs. actual manpower and vehicle issues for escalation and resolution

Project/Event Support:
Provide data support for exhibitions, special operations, and project-based reporting requirements

Key Skills & Tools:
Solid command of SQL for data querying and reporting
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Google Sheets
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
Solid analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work with large datasets and transform them into meaningful business insights
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
