A competent planning Manager professional accountable to enhance installation efficiency, subcontractor capability, and project execution through strategic planning, training, and process improvement, while driving operational excellence across key performance parameters.

What will you be doing?

Installation & Planning
Scaffoldless installation planning and improving the scaffoldless ratio
Tiraks and tools inventory management




Project planning and precal cost planning for new tenders

Team Development
Development of existing and current subcontractor teams
Building new subcontractor teams for local material handling
KEI competency development training for PM/PE in coordination with the LnD team

Training & Productivity
Quarterly and yearly training plans for KONE installers and subcontractors
KEI project progress reviews
OpEx parameter management (FYCOR, QFB, SFL installation, FTRI, ITE)

Process & Operational Excellence
Recent process development, in coordination with HO OpEx team
