We are looking for a agile skilled with expertise in Credit Control, Collections recovery, Bill submission, Clients dealing, Team handling and liaising with Government clients, preferably from the Media Industry.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining Collections Bill Submission MIS of Region
Preparing following the aging wise overdue file and analysis report.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable daily Collection through SAP.
Monitoring the credit limit of agencies direct client to mini mise the risk exposure.
Credit verification of direct client agencies to secure the business.
Personally, visiting all top commercial and Govt clients for collection liaising.
Escalating the force collection cases to the supervisor with action plan.
Handling all kind of external enteral disputes related outstanding amount.
Managing A/C Reconciliation of Agencies, Commercial Govt Clients.




Conducting meeting with sales supervisory team about collection and taking the precautionary measure to minimize bad debts.
Ensuring collections of cheques in case of dishonor.
Coordinating with Legal team for recovery and cheque bounce cases.
Coordinating with clients and trying to minimize the Bad Debts cases.

Experience: 2 yrs 5yrs
