Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis: Understand integration needs of different services and systems within the contact center
Design: Create API specifications and design endpoints that are secure, scalable, and productive
Implementation: Develop APIs using SOAP, REST, and programming languages such as Python or Node.js
Ensure APIs are performant, maintainable, and adhere to best practices
Testing: Conduct rigorous functional and security testing of APIs
