Driving and tracking collections
Preparing customer communication documentation i.e. allotment letter, demand, AFS etc.
Driving CSAT and NPS
Weekly and monthly performance presentation & data preview.
Preparing collection projections,
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should have 4 - 5 years team handling experience and exposure to commercial project.
