Experience: 1 - 4 years of experience as Sourcing Specialist or in Volume Hiring

Role Summary

The Talent Sourcer will drive high volume hiring for Shift Managers (SMs) and Store Managers (GDMs) for Domino's stores from Talent Sourcing standpoint. The role involves generating a steady pipeline through portals, direct sourcing, and local market connections.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Source for frontline roles (SMs & GDMs) through:
Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.)
Social media groups and networking
Direct/local sourcing channels
Create a sustained pipeline to support expansion & backfills.
Support internal recruitment team by building talent pipeline for assigned region/locations
Screening & Assessment
Conduct telephonic screening & schedule interviews.
Closure Management
Achieve monthly hiring targets
Timely documentation for selected candidates.
Manage trackers, and daily productivity reporting.
